Supply Chain Operations Analyst – Bilthoven

FUNCTION

In the morning, you’ll prioritize activities and collect data from the ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics) to ensure accuracy in processes and information. Analyzing master data sets, including customer, product and vendor data, will help assess quality and integrity. Collaborating with ERP administrators and users, you’ll optimize data entry processes and review sales forecasts, production plans, inventory levels, and customer demand for insights into Sales & Operations Planning.

After a midday break, you’ll analyze sales orders and inventory levels, ensuring efficient storage and shipment processes. Cross-functional collaboration will focus on potential process improvements based on data-driven insights.

In the afternoon, you’ll dive into data analytics, identifying trends, patterns, and correlations within operational data. Presenting findings using tools like Power BI, SQL, and Python, you’ll monitor KPIs for Operations and Supply Chain, analyzing trends and areas for improvement. Collaborating with teams, you’ll implement and evaluate process changes for continuous improvement.

At day’s end, you’ll wrap up tasks, ensuring all operations are optimized. Reflecting on challenges and successes, you’ll plan for the next day’s priorities and lessons learned for future improvement.
